Terms and conditions for ordering from Sweet Duo

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Sweet Duo, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2. Orders and Pricing
- All orders require design approval before production begins
- Prices are quoted in Euro and exclude VAT unless stated
- Minimum order quantities apply (see pricing page)
- Lead times are estimates and may vary based on complexity and current workload
- We reserve the right to refuse any order
3. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required to confirm order
- Balance due 3 days before collection
- Payment accepted via bank transfer or credit/debit card
- Orders not paid in full will not be released
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations 7+ days before: full refund minus 10% admin fee
- Cancellations within 7 days: no refund (production has begun)
- Changes to orders may incur additional fees
5. Collection
- All orders are collection only from Kilcock, Co Kildare by appointment
- Customer is responsible for bringing suitable packaging or containers for safe transport
- Customer must inspect order at time of collection and report any issues immediately
- We are not liable for damage after collection
6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
- All dietary requirements and allergies must be declared at time of order
- We cannot guarantee nut-free products as our kitchen handles nuts
- Customer is responsible for informing recipients of ingredients
7. Liability
Sweet Duo is not liable for any allergic reactions, illness, or injury resulting from consumption of our products. Customers accept all risks associated with food consumption.
8. Intellectual Property
Design concepts and photos of our work remain the property of Sweet Duo. We reserve the right to use photos of your order for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
