What is the lead time for orders?

Our standard lead time is 10-14 business days after design approval. This allows us to source ingredients, prepare, bake, and decorate your cookies with care. Express service (5-7 days) is available with a 20% premium, subject to availability.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order is 10 pieces.

The number of different designs you can choose depends on your order size: 10 cookies = up to 2 different designs, 15 cookies = up to 3 different designs, 20 cookies = up to 4 different designs, and so on. For every 5 cookies ordered, you can add one more design variation.

Do you cater to dietary requirements and allergens?

No. Cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. if you have severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, WE ARE NOT an allergy-free bakery.

How do I provide my design or theme?

You can describe your vision in the order form, provide color swatches, upload reference images, or share links to inspiration photos. We'll work with you to create a design mockup for approval before production.

Can you create custom shapes and sizes?

Absolutely! We can create any custom shape you can imagine - from simple hearts and stars to complex logos and characters. Cookie sizes range from mini (5cm) to large (15cm). Custom cutters may require additional cost for very intricate designs.

How do I collect my order?

All orders are collection only from our location in Kilcock, Co Kildare. We will arrange a convenient collection time with you once your order is ready. Please ensure you bring suitable packaging or containers for transport.

How should I store the cookies and what is the shelf life?

Store your cookies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, keeping them in a sealed bag.

They will stay fresh for up to 7 days - check the 'best before' date on your package. We recommend consuming them within this timeframe for the best taste and texture.

Can I see a sample or mockup before the full order?

Yes! We provide a digital design mockup for your approval before we start production. For very large orders (200+ pieces), we can arrange a sample cookie for an additional fee.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfer and cash only.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance must be paid on collection day (for cash) or 3 days before collection (for bank transfer).

Question 10

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Changes can be made up to 7 days before your scheduled date, subject to availability. Cancellations more than 7 days before receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee. Unfortunately, orders cancelled within 7 days cannot be refunded as production has already begun.
